The journal accepts articles reporting the implementation and application of knowledge and the arts in community service across various fields of study. It is a national-level journal with a primary focus on developing and disseminating knowledge, technology, and the arts into practical outputs that can be directly understood, adopted, and utilized by communities.

The journal aims to disseminate conceptual ideas, practical experiences, and innovative approaches developed through community service activities.
