JURNAL SAINS NATURAL (JSN) is a scientific journal published by Universitas Nusa Bangsa with the objectives to explore the knowledge about natural sciences. This journal incorporates not only all branches of chemistry and biology, but also sub-disciplines like Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Aquaculture, Polymer, Agricultural Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, etc. Previously, the JSN published 2 issues per year, on January and July. Since 2022, JSN publishes 4 issues per year, on January, April, July and October. The submitted articles are subjected to blind peer review and editorial review processes before being granted acceptance.

JSN has been accredited by The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (DGHERT) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (MOECRT) of the Republic of Indonesia in the periods 2022-2027. It is accredited in SINTA-3 since 2022 according to the decision letter number: 79/E/KPT/2023, started from Vol.12 No.4 2022 - Vol.17 No.3 2027.

JSN has changed the old template with the new one for improvements. The new template can be downloaded and will be started since volume 11 number 1, January 2021 (attachment).

JSN is a peer-reviewed scientific journal in the fields of Biology and Chemistry. JSN published by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Nusa Bangsa, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia.
